About the paper

A monthly print publication covering the woodworking scene throughout Los Angeles. By bringing together events, resources, opportunities, and community stories into one place, Wood on the Street hopes to make it easier for local woodworkers to stay connected, find collaborators, and support one another.

Created as a slower and more grounded alternative to endless scrolling, the paper serves as both a creative outlet and a celebration of the people shaping the local woodworking community in Los Angeles.

Who it's for

Wood on the Street is for woodworkers of all experience levels, as well as anyone curious about getting started.

What's cooking?

We're planning monthly meetups to create more opportunities for people to connect in person, share knowledge, and build community. Long-term, the goal is that member subscriptions will help fund shared community resources and support future initiatives.
